Executive function skills are often described as the " air traffic control "l of the brain. Often misunderstood as study skills, they are essential in school and beyond.  Develop and further understand Executive function through engaging and  relevant  activities and games.

Special focus opportunities for transitioning to Middle ,High School, or college. 

Movement based groups to develop self regulation, social and emotional skills.Yoga, Dance, Movement games, breath work and calming skills are explored.
