Coaching looks different for every individual.. ADHD is not a one-sized fits all presentation nor should support be one the same for each individual. Beyond the known characteristics such as  focus, activeness, and executive function; individuals with ADHD may need support with friendships, emotional regulation, self confidence, understanding how the ADHD brain works, understanding and utilizing their strengths, and self advocacy.  Through education, solutions, empathy and support, we build strategies, skills, and awareness to create long term success in all areas of life.
